Loving Our New Home
Soon as we walked in to fill out an application amber greeted us with such kindness and gratitude!! Made us feel very welcome ... like we already moved in! It’s great atmosphere here, we moved in a couple days everyone is nice so far, & a lot of people complain about the cars being towed but their also just teaching you life lessons to be responsible and handle things on time and to communicate when something is wrong, ! We moved to Montana Valley alittle over 8 months ago. I couldn't be happier, the ladies in the office are great all 3 of ... them. Any issues we've had were handled right away and my husband and I were always satisfied. The grounds are beautiful always clean and neat. I cant say enough about it great place to live. Great Community & Great Staff
I moved in October 2018 this has been the best and most understanding place I ever lived they are very very involved and ... so understanding maintenance are always showing up same day maybe an hr after calling and the staff in the office are very sweet and welcoming I found out I was pregnant a little after moving in and became extremely sick well I was soo embarrassed to tell them I will not be able to make my rent payment on time but I had no choice rent it due no later than the 6 and to be straight up honest with you communication is the biggest key they are very understanding and helpful also they gave me a month to get my car painted and was very understanding of what’s going on and gave me more time to get it worked on they have been more than a blessing to me and my family very quite community and very spacious townhomes and I am more than excited for our future here with Montana Valley thanks you guys so much you all have been a blessing and a big help before I even moved or considered moving here you did everything and stopped at nothing to get me a move in ready townhome and still have a awesome big heart Amanda, Amber and Brittany?? I love the apartment. It suits all of my needs and living in an apartment complex that feels like a neighborhood is something ... i haven't experienced before. I had made a negative review previously when I was upset, due to my car being broken into shortly after moving here. I'm here reeling that review in some, in order to say that they did everything they could to reach out to the community that lives here in an effort to prevent future occurrences. While i'm still upset it happened, it's not necessarily Montana Valley's fault, and my previous review was made when emotionally compromised. The apartment as a whole is fantastic and other than that i've had 0 issues. Would recommend to anyone. Nice environment
I love Montana valley. I stayed here for four years and moved to try to help family out and it back fired. I should of never ... left, but I am very thankful that I am able to come back and in my same building just bigger apartment. I am so happy and it’s so peaceful and safe and I love the home feel. Wonderful Staff!!
I would like to say Kudos to Brittany and Amber for making things run smooth for me when I first moved-in. I was nervous ... at first, but their pleasant attitude really helped me a whole lot. Brittany greeted me with a positive smile and has helped me through the whole process!! Thank you Brittany, I was very happy with this. On the day of the move-in, I was running late to get to the office and Amber had to close the office for the day. Amber respectfully handle my situation where I was able to move-in with no problems.
